All Android users must have been through ‘unfortunately app has stopped’ problems. This problem occurs almost with all apps. It is the most annoying notification you get in the midst of using an app. It closes down your app and you either restart your mobile or uninstall it. But if you want to avoid the trouble of uninstalling and installing it again you can follow following steps:
Go to Settings on your device.
Go to Applications > Application manager
Swipe right and you find the All tab.
Scroll down to the app that’s causing problems and tap on it.
Here you will see the Clear data and Clear cache options.
Clearing cache and data would solve your problem. By clearing cache you get rid of saved data that allows apps to load the app little quicker. . But better not use clear data unless it is necessary as it will delete all the files of the app.
