NTPro is Nepal Telecom’s mobile app service that enables GSM postpaid mobile users to make and receive phone calls all over the world, even if there is no GSM network if you have internet connectivity. When a customer is out of network, a particular number is required to receive calls so that call can be forwarded and received. Calls can be made at a cheaper rate while on roaming and free instant messaging, video talk with NTPro customers, call waiting, forwarding, ad-hoc conferencing, meet me conferencing  are other features of this service.

How to use NTPro?

To use NTPro service, customer should install NTPro app from Android play store. Once it is installed login with your username and password.

• Type sub ntpro and send to 1428 to get username and password.
• The forwarding number and USSD string provided to you at the time of registration to receive calls.
• To dial a number from this app it is as easy as in your mobile pad. If you want to dial a mobile number, dial 98#######, if you want to dial an international number, dial 1424country code, and number.

Voice call , messaging is free between NTPro apps.

The monthly charge of NTPro is Rs 100. If you make calls to Mobile or Landlines and call received from Mobile or Landline is Rs six per minute. This tariff is exclusive of taxes.
