Facebook plans to launch ‘Work Chat’

Facebook is planning to introduce a new messenger service namely work chat that allows office staffs to communicate with each other during office hours. It has been designed as Facebook at work which will be similar like the new version of Facebook messenger.

Work chat will allow fellow work mates to communicate with each other by group chat, photo sharing, audio and video chat services. Though it was launched on last January facebook has been using it for personal purposes. Besides some limited corporate offices has been using this service. It is available on google play store whereas iOS version is yet to be released.

Users can link their personal accounts with office accounts. The service further includes documents sharing, discussion forums and information on events.
