World’s cheapest smartphone available under $ 4

Indian Company, Ringing Bells smartphone titled Freedom 251, is just priced at Rs 251(under $4). It will venture into the commercial market soon. In the beginning it will be available only in India.

The Freedom 251 has a 4-inch display, 1.3GHz quad-core processor, 1GB RAM, and a 1,450 mAh battery. It comes with a 3.2-megapixel rear camera and a 0.3-megapixel front camera. The phone has 8GB of internal storage, which can be expanded by another 32GB using a microSD card. It is based on Android Lollipop 5.1 operating system. It comes with a one-year warranty.

Ringing Bells Freedom 251 smartphone will increase the reach of smart phones among larger mass of people.
