After a long process finally Nepal adopts technology neutrality in Telecom. Nepal Telecommunication Authority, Nepalese telecom regulator has finally adopted the concept of technology neutrality in the newly amended policy, Radio Frequency Policy(Pricing and Distribution0 2073, allowing telecommunication service providers to start 4G service. It had been the talk of the town for more than a month.
