Good new for those tired of problems in Nepal Telecom services. The nation’s largest telecommunication operator is opening 10 Customer Experience Centeres at 10 major cities including Bhadrakali & Pulchowk in Kathmandu and in Biratnagar, Pokhara, Hetauda, Bharatpur, Nepalgunj, Dhangadi, Janakpur and Butwal.
The center will try to provide customers better service experience along with solving problems as fast as possible for services like ADSL, EVDO, CDMA and other. CECs which will entertain complaints filed through email, chat, SMS will be free wifi zone.
Also, NT has signed memorandum with Kathmandu University School of Management (KUSOM) under which MBA graduates from KUSOM will intern at the CEC counters.
Currently, customers can file complaints through 198 and 1498 for problems in landline and mobile services respectively.
