After a month of bringing Wikipedia zero allowing subscribers to access world’s largest encyclopedia free of cost, Nepal’s second largest telecom operator has come up with another brand new offer. Ncell customers can browse Twitter for free effective from Tuesday for 3 months under the campaign named as Twitter Zero. The free access to twitter can be utilized to read or send tweets, follow people and see followers from computer or mobile phones via m.twitter.com.

The service need not to be activated for validation but its not available for Opera Mini Browser and other handsets using proxy browser. Visiting other external links costs usual charge.
